Joint Stock Company «SAT & Company» is a domestic vertically integrated industrial holding company operating in key sectors of the economy owning assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan and in foreign countries.

The company is developing deposits of manganese, nickel and zinc in the country, as well as deposits of chromium in Turkey.
It has ferroalloys processing plantы in Kazakhstan and China that finish the production cycle from mining up to final production.
It carried out development of a coal mine, which produces and sells high-quality solid fuels.
The company is one of the main participants in the project on construction of the largest petrochemical complex in Kazakhstan for production of polypropylene and polyethylene.
The holding includes the following companies in its structure:
CAICC LLP develops deposits of manganese ores of “Western Kamis”, “Tuyebai-Syurtysu” and “Aytkokshe” in central and western Kazakhstan and operates the Taraz Metallurgical Plant producing the final product - ferrosilicomanganese.
“Sat Sino Ferroalloy” participates in three ferroalloy factories in the provinces of Inner Mongolia and Jilin in the People's Republic of China.
“Sat & Co Holding AS” conducts exploration and production of chrome ores in the regions of Sivas and Denizli in Turkey.
“Kaznickel” LLP conducts exploration of the Gornostayevskoye cobalt-nickel deposit, located in Eastern Kazakhstan and develops construction of a processing plant to produce nickel concentrate.
“Mining Company SatKomir” LLP develops Verkhnesokurskoye deposit of brown coal field in central Kazakhstan.
“Shalkiya Zinc Ltd.” LLP owns an equipped mine at the Shalkiya deposit and the Kentau enrichment plant in Southern Kazakhstan.
“Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries Inc.” LLP is project operator of Kazakhstan’s first integrated gas chemical complex in the Atyrau region.
Securities of JSC “SAT & Company” are traded on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) in the first category.
JSC “SAT & Company” has extensive experience of successful investment projects in various sectors of the economy. During the period of its existence the holding company has implemented more than 30 projects.
Consecutive activities of the company in this direction should provide achievement of the strategic objective, which is to join the top 30 largest metallurgical holdings of the CIS in terms of market capitalization.
SAT & Company JSC solves the following tasks to achieve this aim:
Concentrating the Group’s activities in the most promising sectors: metallurgy, mining sector and petrochemistry;
Financing of big long term projects at the expense of the Company’s internal resources formed from sale of minor assets and received after introduction to the domestic capital market;

Social responsibility
Since the beginning of its existence, JSC “SAT & Company” actively participates in various charitable projects.
The company actively cooperates with the charitable foundation “Sabi” to support children's hospitals, children from poor families, disabled children, disabled adults.
Much has been done by the Company to implement new technological systems, innovative changes in teaching methods in higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A significant portion of the charitable activities of JSC “SAT & Company” is related to participation in the spiritual revival of the Peoples of Kazakhstan. The company has made significant financial assistance for the construction of new mosques in Karaganda, Almaty and the Atyrau region, carried out the publication and has donated several thousand copies of the Muslim holy book the Koran in Russian translation to the faithful.
Also JSC “SAT & Company” supports young and talented tennis players, football players and boxers, it has provided substantial assistance to local amateur and professional athletes in close cooperation with the Football Federation of Kazakhstan, the Boxing Federation of Almaty and the Kazakhstan professional boxing federation.
